Access the catalog at /catalog to view all available deliverable types. Use the filtering options to narrow results by:

How to Upload

  1. Drag and drop files directly onto the upload zone, or click "Browse" to select files
  2. Assign upload type — Select the category for each file (e.g., Financial Statements, Strategy Documents)
  3. Add descriptions (optional) — Provide context about each file

File size limits: Maximum 100 MB per file, 500 MB total per order.

Step 4: Review

Review your complete order before proceeding to account creation and payment.

Order Summary

The review screen displays:

  • Deliverable Details — Selected type, configuration, and tier
  • Uploaded Files — List of all documents with type assignments
  • Pricing Breakdown — Base price, add-ons, discounts, and total

Click "Continue to Account" to proceed.

Step 5: Account

Create an account or sign in to complete your order.

New Users

Create your Orthogramic account with:

  1. Email address — Your primary contact email
  2. Password — Minimum 12 characters
  3. Name and Company — Your details
  4. Two-Factor Authentication — Required for all accounts

Save your backup codes: After setting up 2FA, store your backup codes securely. They're needed if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Step 6: Checkout

Complete your payment to submit the order.

Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Bank Transfer — For large orders (Enterprise customers)
  • Subscription Credits — If applicable to your plan

Payment is processed securely via Stripe with PCI-DSS compliance.

  2. Review the content thoroughly
  3. Click "Request Revisions"
  4. Specify the sections requiring changes

  6. Submit your revision request

Upload Requirements

The central storage location for all business architecture documents.

Navigate to Documents > Repository to browse, search, filter, and manage documents.

Part 5: Document Editing

Edit and enhance your documents with real-time business architecture scoring.

Edit Mode

Standard editing mode focuses on document scoring against organizational unit goals.

Green (0 issues) Meets or exceeds expectations
Yellow (1-3 issues) Minor issues to address
Red (4+ issues) Significant issues requiring attention

Advanced Editing

Advanced mode provides detailed analysis and prioritization tools, evaluating each domain on Relevance (1-5), Quality (1-5), and Quantity (1-5).

Manual Node Editing

Edit business architecture nodes directly in the Insights mindmap:

  • Copy, Add, Edit, Move — Manage node structure
  • Merge — Combine nodes (Additive, Overwrite, or Update)
  • Archive/Delete — Remove nodes from view
