1. About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to build and maintain the core infrastructure that powers our governed semantic reasoning engine. You'll work on distributed systems, high-performance computing, and scalable architectures that enable enterprise-grade AI governance.

This role is critical to our mission of making AI trustworthy, auditable, and accountable. You'll collaborate with research scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to design systems that balance performance, reliability, and governance requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable platform infrastructure for semantic reasoning workloads
  • Build distributed systems that handle enterprise-scale data processing
  • Optimize performance and reliability of core platform services
  • Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy and scale reasoning pipelines
  • Implement governance and auditability features at the infrastructure level
  • Maintain and improve system observability, monitoring, and alerting
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap

3. Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience building and operating distributed systems
  • Programming: Strong background in systems programming (Rust, Go, C++, or similar)
  • Architecture: Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerization
  • Distributed Systems: Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts (consensus, replication, consistency)
  • Performance: Experience with performance optimization and system tuning
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team
